>>Wines ship to non-local and out-of-state destinations on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays.
>>Orders marked for expedited service may ship on Thursday and Friday.
>>Please allow 7-10 business days (excluding holidays) for order processing and delivery.
>>Orders placed before 10amPT will be delivered or ship on the next shipping day.

>>A Signature of Receipt by persons 21 years or older is required by State and Federal laws. If the carrier cannot obtain a signature at the time of delivery, your package may be returned and/or re-routed at your expense.
>>Your Wine Fairy, LLC is not responsible for costs associated with rerouting or carrier return fees.
>>Your Wine Fairy, LLC is not responsible for damages or destruction of packaging by carrier;
nor theft of package left at the destination unattended.

Return & Exchange Policy
>>No returns on wines or merchandise. If there is a defect with your bottle or the contents (corked wine, hey it happens), we will gladly replace the bottle for a new one, pronto!
